Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

  • We will refund postage costs on any faulty or damaged items but not if the item was incorrectly ordered.
  • Refunds will only be returned to the original purchaser using the original payment method — refunds usually take 3-4 working days, but it could be longer depending on your bank
  • If you have a damaged or faulty item we will send you out a replacement as soon as the returned item is received. Please note that if an item has been damaged through rider neglect, misuse or wear and tear , then it will not be covered by manufacturer’s warranty. 13 sprockets make the logic of a road 1X system possible. And it's the introduction of the 9-tooth cog that makes ekar work so perfectly for gravel and all-road riding. Not only is a wide range of gear ratios possible, but natural, progressive cadence-matching shifts are maintained, offering a uniquely satisfying ride.

The range of gears offered by these cassettes match or exceed any 2X system with no wastage. Closer low gear spacing for smooth cadence progression is matched with wider high gear spacing for top end speed on a 1x13 system.
