We are pleased to offer a 90 day online return policy on both bikes and accessories purchased online. All we ask is that the item is returned to us in an unused condition and with its original packaging.

  • We will refund postage costs on any faulty or damaged items but not if the item was incorrectly ordered.
  • Refunds will only be returned to the original purchaser using the original payment method — refunds usually take 3-4 working days, but it could be longer depending on your bank
  • If you have a damaged or faulty item we will send you out a replacement as soon as the returned item is received. Please note that if an item has been damaged through rider neglect, misuse or wear and tear , then it will not be covered by manufacturer’s warranty. If you are looking for a bike that you can dig deep on the lonesome roads with, whilst not being restricted on your ability to explore, then look no further. The monyash is specifically designed to appeal to year-round endurance riding with a comfier and more versatile range of abilities than a typical performance road bike. Further to it's all round capabilities, the geometry balances snappy and responsive angles with a slightly longer wheelbase to accommodate full length "british-style" mudguards in the winter, without sacrificing speed. The wheels on the bike are hand-built and bombproof, featuring thru axles and weather-proofed hubs yet remain one of the lightest wheelsets at this price point when compared like for like. With clearance for 32c tyres and mudguards, or 35c without, the all new monyash is one of the most proficient all round, all day performers within our range.
