Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

  • We will refund postage costs on any faulty or damaged items but not if the item was incorrectly ordered.
  • Refunds will only be returned to the original purchaser using the original payment method — refunds usually take 3-4 working days, but it could be longer depending on your bank
  • If you have a damaged or faulty item we will send you out a replacement as soon as the returned item is received. Please note that if an item has been damaged through rider neglect, misuse or wear and tear , then it will not be covered by manufacturer’s warranty. The universal tires are fast both on and off the road and cycle path, and the reliable 2x10 Shimano components let you enjoy any terrain. The comfort of the Italian-designed seat is completed with ergonomic grips, handlebars, and a ONE1 dropper post. With the Suntour air fork, the terrain control will be precise and safe.
