Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

We are pleased to offer a 90 day online return policy on both bikes and accessories purchased online. All we ask is that the item is returned to us in an unused condition and with its original packaging.

  • We will refund postage costs on any faulty or damaged items but not if the item was incorrectly ordered.
  • Refunds will only be returned to the original purchaser using the original payment method — refunds usually take 3-4 working days, but it could be longer depending on your bank
  • If you have a damaged or faulty item we will send you out a replacement as soon as the returned item is received. Please note that if an item has been damaged through rider neglect, misuse or wear and tear , then it will not be covered by manufacturer’s warranty. Like all Cube frames, the Stereo ONE22 is all about providing the best performance at the lowest possible weight.

Hydroformed tubing is triple butted to save as much weight as possible without sacrificing strength. The tapered head tube and Boost 148 rear axle ensure steering precision and excellent pedalling efficiency. And it's all built around their Efficient Trail Control kinematics and a 130mm fork, with Agile Trail Geometry putting you firmly in control at all times. There's even a Size Split XS option with 27.5in wheels for riders who are shorter in stature, but don't want to compromise on performance.
