  • We will refund postage costs on any faulty or damaged items but not if the item was incorrectly ordered.
  • Refunds will only be returned to the original purchaser using the original payment method — refunds usually take 3-4 working days, but it could be longer depending on your bank
  • If you have a damaged or faulty item we will send you out a replacement as soon as the returned item is received. Please note that if an item has been damaged through rider neglect, misuse or wear and tear , then it will not be covered by manufacturer’s warranty. We advise you to check the individual manufacturer’s warranty policy to see whether the specific problem or issue you are experiencing is covered.

The Kalkhoff Entice Move 1.B Move has been built around the renowned Bosch Performance Line motor which provides 250W of power and 65Nm of torque, providing enough power to get you up the steepest of hills on the longest of journeys. The motor is coupled with the 500Wh PowerPackbattery which has been carefully concealed within the downtube of the bike, creating a really sleek look. The ebike system is all controlled through the bar-mounted Bosch Purion display which gives you easy control over the motor's different assistance levels, as well as giving a clear reading of all the essential electric bike information, such as speed and remaining battery levels.

The SR Suntour XCM ATB NLO suspension fork ensures a comfortable ride over a mixture of terrains. Whilst the mudguards, lights, stand and carrier rack mean this bike is ready to go and can handle the challenges of everyday riding. This electric bike has also been equipped with aShimano Acera 8-speed drivetrain which will give you the reliability you need if you are using the bike for commuting.Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes provide an additional level of control that is great for dirt tracks, as well as when riding in busy city traffic.
