  • We will refund postage costs on any faulty or damaged items but not if the item was incorrectly ordered.
  • Refunds will only be returned to the original purchaser using the original payment method — refunds usually take 3-4 working days, but it could be longer depending on your bank
  • If you have a damaged or faulty item we will send you out a replacement as soon as the returned item is received. Please note that if an item has been damaged through rider neglect, misuse or wear and tear , then it will not be covered by manufacturer’s warranty. It’s with good reason that the ALLTRAIL 5 has been nicknamed the “Easy Rider”. Also, its equipment makes life as easy as possible for you both uphill and downhill: the Yamaha PW-S2 motor always offers you optimum support and its 720Wh battery provides enough energy – even for endurance tours. Thanks to the mullet setup with 29″ front and 27.5″ rear, the bike adapts perfectly to changing terrain. Reliable components from established companies such as Sram or TRP as well as 140mm suspension travel at the front and rear ensure comfort and safety at all times – even when you take a detour onto more demanding trails.
