Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Hassle free returns

We are pleased to offer a 90 day online return policy on both bikes and accessories purchased online. All we ask is that the item is returned to us in an unused condition and with its original packaging.

  • We will refund postage costs on any faulty or damaged items but not if the item was incorrectly ordered.
  • Refunds will only be returned to the original purchaser using the original payment method — refunds usually take 3-4 working days, but it could be longer depending on your bank
  • If you have a damaged or faulty item we will send you out a replacement as soon as the returned item is received. Please note that if an item has been damaged through rider neglect, misuse or wear and tear , then it will not be covered by manufacturer’s warranty. We advise you to check the individual manufacturer’s warranty policy to see whether the specific problem or issue you are experiencing is covered.
  • We would ask you to fully check the goods once received to ensure that they are as you required. Any subsequent use will be deemed acceptance of the goods.

Electric bike demo day - Saturday June 15th at Mountbatten Velodrome.

The Mountbatten Centre Velodrome in Portsmouth offers a fantastic venue to test out e-bikes from many of the top brands, including Giant, HaiBike, Cube, Orbea, Focus, Kalkhoff, MiRider, Wisper, Tern, Brompton and more.

The outdoor setting of the velodrome provides a safe and comfortable environment for riders to explore the capabilities of some fanstastic electric bikes at your own pace. Whether you're a seasoned cyclist or just curious about e-bikes, this event offers a great chance to experience the latest in cycling technology. Don't miss out on the opportunity to ride and discover the benefits of e-bikes first hand!

Organiser - Cycle World
Date - Saturday 15th June 2024
Time - 9.30am - 4.30pm
Venue - Mountbatten Centre Velodrome, Alex Way, Hilsea, Portsmouth, PO2 9QA.

Plenty of free parking is available. To create a booking add your desired time slot to the basket and complete checkout. A refundable deposit of £1 will be charged simply as an ID check, this will be refunded in cash on the event day.

YOU DO NOT NEED A PHYSICAL TICKET ONCE YOU HAVE REGISTERED - SIMPLY TURN UP ON THE DAY & SIGN IN.

Online registration is not compulsory but will help us to manage the event, you can turn up on the day but you will miss out on a free gift if you don't pre-register.
