We are pleased to offer a 90 day online return policy on both bikes and accessories purchased online. All we ask is that the item is returned to us in an unused condition and with its original packaging.

  • We are pleased to offer a 90 day online return policy on both bikes and accessories purchased online. All we ask is that the item is returned to us in an unused condition and with its original packaging.
  • We will refund postage costs on any faulty or damaged items but not if the item was incorrectly ordered.
  • Refunds will only be returned to the original purchaser using the original payment method — refunds usually take 3-4 working days, but it could be longer depending on your bank
  • If you have a damaged or faulty item we will send you out a replacement as soon as the returned item is received. Please note that if an item has been damaged through rider neglect, misuse or wear and tear , then it will not be covered by manufacturer’s warranty. We advise you to check the individual manufacturer’s warranty policy to see whether the specific problem or issue you are experiencing is covered.
  • We would ask you to fully check the goods once received to ensure that they are as you required. Any subsequent use will be deemed acceptance of the goods.

Simply insert the Phone Ring/Stand into the back of your Quad Lock Case or Universal Adaptor until you feel it lock. Remove just as easy with a simple twist and keep it handy at all times by attaching the Quad Lock Phone Ring/Stand to your keys using the provided Carabiner.
